Predstavljam vam Nevena Mihića

Mladi student modnog dizajna i kostimografije napravio je modne skice za Dubravku u operama: Carmen, Don Carlos i Walküre, te koncerntnu haljinu u omiljenom Dubravkinom-leopard printu.

Neven  redovito posjećuje opere u kojima Dubravka pjeva, a  posljednju Carmen u Zagrebačkoj izvedbi gledao je više puta.

Neven Mihic

Neven Mihic was born in 1988 in Osijek (Croatia). In Osijek he finished successfully high School for textile, design and applied arts (fashion design). During his education 2002, he received in Croatian National Theatre in Osijek, as a dancer of modern and classical ballet. In this time his career started at the age of 14 when he danced in many operas, dramas and ballet performances. Also he had opportunity to create costumes for modern ballet „Let's dance through the history“ (Croatian choreographer Antun Marinic). He participated in two group exhibitions with students of  Faculty of Textile Technology in Zagreb (Croatia). Now he studies fashion design at Faculty of Textile Technology in Zagreb. 2008 he received first prize for the best student on his year study and he received national scholarship. Also, he is the first Croatian winner for young designers „Young? Creative? Chevrolet!“ for 2008 year. He won the thrid prize on the European competition in Turin; within the „Fashion“ category ; again, as a part of „Young? Creative? Chevrolet!“ competition.
His working contains: costume and set design for opera and ballet, poster design for theatre, fashion design and fashion illustration.

Special skills:
- computer skills (CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Google SketchUp)
- excellent skills in clothing production, clothing construction, modelling of clothing etc.
